This amazing limited edition print by Cosmo Sarson is a continuation on his 'Breakdancing Jesus' motif, and is available in 6 separate editions of only 15, in 6 different colourways. This 'Blueberry Pie' edition features purple clouds, beautifully contrasting with a cold pale blue colour as a backdrop to an incredible photo-realist image of Jesus, twisted into an incredible breakdancing move. This image is then hand finished by the artist in gold leaf. Talking on this piece Sarson says; "The idea of Breakdancing Jesus came from an old newspaper cutting I cut out and kept in the back of my wallet for years before I finally got round to painting the thing. It has inspired a number of drawings and paintings…It's based on an actual event when a Polish youth group breakdanced for Pope John Paul II in the Vatican."
